1. Who processes the data

The MMOPIX service administration (mmopix.com, the “Platform”) processes personal data you submit or that appear when you use the site.

The Platform is an information and advertising showcase. We are not a shop and we do not sell goods in our own name. For this Policy: support@mmopix.com.

2. What we process

Depending on what you use, this may include:

• account: email, password (stored in a protected form), session data;
• orders and Platform services (including top-up): email, game-service login, amount, status, payment identifiers;
• reviews: text, rating, link to the order;
• support chat: name, email, message;
• technical data: IP address, browser, pages, search query, cookies and similar identifiers;
• for a seller — account data and balance top-ups used to pay commission.

3. Why we process it

We use the data to:

• create and run the account, sign-in and password reset;
• show the cabinet, order history and reviews;
• handle support requests;
• show the offer showcase and remember site settings;
• measure traffic and goals (Yandex Metrica, counter 91449366, including click map and session replay);
• comply with the law when a request is mandatory.

4. Partners and sharing

Payment for a partner offer goes to the seller or their payment partner (for example Digiseller). Card data and the payment itself are processed by that partner under their rules. MMOPIX does not take payment for that goods as the seller and does not receive full card details.

Some Platform services may go through a payment partner named on the page (for example Palych). They receive what is needed to take the payment and match the order.

Hosting, email and analytics may also see technical data in the volume needed for their service.

We do not sell personal data or share it with third parties for their advertising, except as above, with your consent, or if the law requires it.

5. Cookies and Metrica

The site uses cookies and similar technologies: sign-in session, language, service settings. Without some of them the account and the order flow will not work.

Yandex Metrica collects visit stats, clicks, referrals and may record the session (webvisor). That is done by YANDEX LLC under its own rules: https://yandex.com/legal/confidential/

You can turn off some cookies in the browser. If you turn off all of them, the site may not work fully.

6. Retention

Account data is kept while the account is active and for a reasonable time after deletion or a ban — for security, disputes and the law.

Order and payment data is kept as long as needed to record the operation, commission and mandatory periods.

Support messages are kept while the request is open and context is still needed.

Metrica data is kept under Yandex rules.

7. Your rights

You may ask for information about processing, correction, restriction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent where processing is based on consent. Write to support@mmopix.com from the email tied to the account.

Some data cannot be erased at once if the law requires us to keep it or if we still need it to close an order, commission or dispute.

You may also complain to the competent data-protection authority.

8. Security and children

We take ordinary organisational and technical measures, but no site can guarantee there will never be a leak. Do not share your password.

The Platform is not meant for people under 18 without a legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect children’s data as a separate category.

9. Changes

A new version is published on this page. Continued use after publication means you have seen it, unless the law requires a new consent.
