Returns and disputes
Effective 9 September 2026
1. The basic rule
MMOPIX is an information and advertising platform, not a shop. We do not sell other people’s offers in our own name and we do not hold the seller’s payment.
A refund or dispute therefore depends on what you paid for: a partner offer, or a Platform service (Steam top-up). We do not promise a shop-style refund and we do not return money for a deal we did not take payment for.
2. Partner and seller offers
The contract and payment are between you and the seller (partner), including via Digiseller or another payment partner. Claims about the goods, keys, accounts, timing or a refund go to the seller and that partner’s support.
The Platform can help you find the offer, any order data we have, and a contact. That does not make MMOPIX the seller and does not require us to refund a payment we did not receive.
Refund rules for a digital item are set by the seller and the payment partner. If the payment failed, check the status with the partner — you return to the site from their payment-error page.
3. Steam top-up
Steam wallet top-up is a Platform service. Payment goes through the payment partner named on the page (Palych). The terms of that operation are on the order page.
Funds usually arrive in 2–15 minutes. Steam can take longer. If more than an hour has passed, write to support and include the Steam login, email, order number and receipt.
Top-up is automatic: after payment the funds go to the Steam login the buyer entered in the order. Check the login before paying — it is the account name for sign-in, not the profile nickname.
If you entered someone else’s or a wrong login and the top-up has already gone through, a refund is not possible: the money is on that Steam account and cannot be pulled back or returned.
If the credit has not happened yet, write immediately — the login can sometimes be corrected. If the payment failed, was charged twice, or the order status is unclear — write to us and check the operation with the payment partner.
4. Seller commission
The seller receives payment from the buyer themselves. MMOPIX does not make payouts. Commission is settled by topping up the seller’s account balance.
A refund of commission and a withdrawal of that balance are not provided, except where the law or a separate written arrangement requires it.
5. How to open a dispute
Write to support@mmopix.com or use the on-site chat. Please include:
- what you paid for: an offer or Steam top-up;
- order number, email, date and amount;
- Steam login — if it is a top-up;
- offer link and seller name — if it is an offer;
- the receipt or a screenshot of the payment status;
- what went wrong and what you want.
6. Timing and next steps
Write as soon as you can: for a top-up — immediately, while the order can still be corrected; for an offer — within the partner’s window, or they may refuse.
We reply and tell you the next step. If the dispute is with a seller or payment partner, the outcome depends on them and the law, not on a Platform promise to return someone else’s money.
If we cannot agree, the Terms of use and the law of the Russian Federation apply.
