Seller rules

1. Short version for now

These rules are temporary until there is a seller cabinet and self-serve listings. Access is via support@mmopix.com. We will expand the rules when the cabinet ships.

A seller accepts the Terms of use and these rules. MMOPIX is a showcase, not a shop and not the till.

2. The offer and the buyer

Description, price, stock and delivery must be true. Fraud, “a different item after payment” and hidden terms are grounds to take the offer down.

The seller closes the deal and delivery. Buyer claims about the goods and the payment go to you and your payment system.

3. Payment and commission

You take payment yourself. The Platform does not touch other people’s money, does not make payouts, and is not a deal escrow.

Commission is settled by topping up the cabinet balance when it exists. There is no withdrawal from MMOPIX. Unpaid commission can mean fewer impressions or hidden offers.

4. What you may not list

We do not take:

• illegal goods and services, law-breaking, fraud;
• keys, accounts and content you have no right to sell;
• phishing, malware, account theft;
• offers that break Steam, game or platform rules in a way that clearly cheats the buyer or the site.

5. Moderation

The Platform may refuse an offer, hide it, or disconnect a seller. There is no payout and no public rate card yet: the cabinet is not live.

The seller handles disputes with the buyer. We may pass on a message that reached us.
