Terms of use

1. General

These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern access to mmopix.com and related MMOPIX services (the “Platform”).

By using the Platform, creating an account, viewing or listing offers, placing an order, or paying for a service, you confirm that you have read and accept the Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

The Platform is for a legally capable person aged 18 or over, or a younger person with a legal guardian’s consent where applicable law allows.

2. Status of MMOPIX

MMOPIX is an information and advertising platform. We are not a shop and we do not sell goods in our own name.

The Platform publishes partner offers and, later, seller offers. The catalog, cards, search and recommendations are a showcase of third-party listings and, where we say so expressly, of specific Platform services.

MMOPIX is not a party to the sale contract for partner or seller offers, does not deliver those goods, and does not take payment for them as the seller.

3. Offers and the parties to a deal

An offer is listed by a partner (including via a payment or catalog partner) or by a seller. Description, price, stock, region, delivery and deal terms are set by the party that listed the offer.

The contract for that offer is between the buyer and the seller (partner). Payment goes to the seller or their stated payment partner. Claims about the goods, keys, accounts, timing or refunds go to the seller (partner).

The Platform may show status, reviews and help text. That does not make MMOPIX the seller and does not guarantee that a third party will complete the deal.

4. Buyers

The buyer must check the offer, the seller and the payment terms before paying. After paying a partner, that partner’s and the seller’s rules apply.

Registration may be required for the account, order history, reviews and some services. The buyer is responsible for their login and password and for actions taken from their account.

You must not use the Platform for fraud, to bypass game or platform rules, to buy illegal content, or to interfere with the site.

5. Sellers and commission

A seller lists offers in their own name and receives payment from buyers themselves. MMOPIX does not pay sellers out and does not hold their revenue for later withdrawal.

Listing and/or selling via the Platform is subject to a commission. Commission is settled from the seller’s account balance. The seller tops up that balance to cover accrued commission.

If the balance is insufficient, the Platform may limit impressions, hide offers or suspend the account until commission is paid. The rate, accrual and top-up process are shown in the seller account or a separate seller agreement.

The seller is responsible for the legality of the offer, rights to the content, fulfilling the deal and handling the buyer. The Platform may remove an offer or block a seller for a breach of the Terms, the law or platform rules.

6. Payments and specific services

Payment for a partner offer is taken by the seller or their payment partner. MMOPIX is not the seller’s payment agent on those deals and does not remit the buyer’s money to the seller.

Some site features (for example topping up game services) may use payment partners named on the page. The terms of that operation are on the order page. This does not change the Platform’s status: we do not sell other people’s offers as a shop.

A refund on a partner payment follows that partner’s rules and the law. Commission and the seller balance are not refundable except where the law or a separate written arrangement requires it.

7. Content, reviews and intellectual property

Game titles, trademarks and rights-holder materials are used to describe offers. Those rights belong to the rights holders. MMOPIX is not affiliated with them unless we say so expressly.

Reviews must reflect a real deal. Insults, spam, fake reviews and sharing someone else’s personal data are not allowed.

The Platform’s design, copy, code and showcase selection are protected. You may not copy the site as a whole, scrape it without permission, or present the Platform as your own service.

8. Liability

The Platform is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the accuracy of third-party descriptions, or that a seller or partner will complete a deal.

MMOPIX is not liable for loss caused by a seller, partner, payment provider, rights holder, game-account bans or network failures, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

If the Platform is nevertheless liable under law, that liability is limited to the commission MMOPIX actually received on the related operation in the previous 30 days, to the extent the law allows.

9. Personal data

To run accounts, orders, reviews and support, the Platform processes your email and other data you submit. For data and Terms questions: support@mmopix.com.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update the Terms by publishing a new version on this page. Continued use after publication means you accept the new version, unless the law requires otherwise.

The Terms are governed by the law of the Russian Federation. Try support@mmopix.com first. If that fails, the dispute is heard by the court at the Platform administration’s location, unless mandatory rules give you another court.
