A customer purchased an item and claimed there was a problem with it, even though there had been no prior complaints regarding this product. When asked for proof, the customer tried to dodge the issue and came up with various excuses. Subsequently, they simply left negative reviews for all their purchases from us without any justification. They also engaged in abusive language and irrational behavior during our correspondence. There is also a suspicion that the person is running a scam; after being refused a refund, they not only resorted to blackmailing with negative reviews but also created multiple accounts on the marketplace to claim—repeatedly—that the item was not working.
